Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls (200+ daily) to potential clients, introducing our client’s innovative products and services
  • Engage decision-makers with compelling pitches, generating interest in our offerings and uncovering business opportunities
  • Qualify leads meticulously, assessing their revenue potential and fit with our client’s solutions
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, capturing key information from each interaction
  • Perform strategic follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointments set and lead qualification
  • Collaborate closely with the existing sales team to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring high-quality lead handoffs
  • Adapt quickly to evolving script requirements and product knowledge updates, staying at the forefront of our client’s offerings
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach strategies and lead generation processes
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Proven track record in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, demonstrating a history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and a keen eye for maintaining detailed, accurate records
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with the mental agility to handle objections and turn rejections into learning opportunities
