Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented contractor for a one-month engagement to assist with migrating information from our current platform to a new system. The ideal candidate will have experience in data migration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Copy and paste textual information accurately from the existing platform to the new system

  • Transfer photos and videos from the old platform to the new one, ensuring proper organization and tagging

  • Verify that transferred media files (photos and videos) are correctly uploaded and accessible in the new system

  • Proofread and edit transferred textual content for grammatical errors and typos

  • Ensure consistency in formatting across transferred data

  • Maintain organized records of all transferred information, including text, photos, and videos

  • Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the transfer process, especially with media files

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary information and media are transferred completely

  • Meet daily or weekly transfer targets as set by the project manager

  • Maintain confidentiality of all data handled during the transfer process

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in a similar industry

  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data transformation techniques

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to maintain data integrity

  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A good workstation setup, including:

    • A reliable computer with up-to-date operating system

    • Stable high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Click-Up and Google Drive Suite

  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices

Contract Details
  • Duration: contractual

  • Start Date: Immediately

  • Compensation: $900

  • Full-time commitment is required for the duration of the contract

  • Fully remote work, flexible hours
