Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate both creatively and analytically, ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy, reporting regularly to the CEO on performance and progress.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content, including video production, tailored for B2B audiences and aligned with AI consultancy and training.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead generation, CRM, and campaign management.
• Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead conversion.
• Oversee website management and SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct client interviews via Zoom to produce compelling testimonials and case studies.
• Set up and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand partnerships and reach.
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop and market AI-related events, courses, and products.
• Independently identify business challenges and opportunities, coordinating with the team to solve issues and achieve business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven ability to independently develop and implement marketing strategies, and report on performance at senior management level.
• Understanding and experience of using AI for Marketing and Content Creation
• Strong people skills with the ability to conduct professional-client interviews via Zoom.
• Experience managing HubSpot and running successful B2B marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in video editing and social media content creation, particularly for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience in website management and SEO best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a start-up business environment, working under your own initiative to identify problems and opportunities, and coordinate with the team to address them.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
