Job Description
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Social Media Managers to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Social media management and engagement. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and online listings.
- Create infographics and video content ideas.
- Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target demographics.
- Plan and schedule social media posts in advance using social media management tool
- Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing and social media campaigns.
Requirements
- Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Real estate experience is a must
- Social media management and/or marketing experience
- Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
- Transaction coordination experience is a plus but not required
