Our client, a leader in the physical security industry, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This individual should have experience in the security industry. The SDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with prospects, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
Lead Generation: Use provided lead lists to identify potential clients and initiate outreach.
Cold Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and log all interactions in the CRM system.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm at least two qualified meetings daily.
Pipeline Management: Track leads throughout the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and COO to provide updates and follow up on meetings.
Performance Tracking: Meet weekly performance metrics as outlined by the COO.
CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of activities, meetings, and prospects in the CRM.
Market Research: Understand the client’s industry to tailor outreach effectively.
