Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind converting warm leads into booked appointments for high-value dental treatments. This outbound-focused role is perfect for a proactive, sales-orientated professional who is motivated by personal growth, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about continuously improving their skillset. You’ll make high-volume calls, uncover patient goals, provide tailored recommendations, and confidently secure bookings with deposits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with warm leads who have requested a consultation.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess patient needs, pain points, desired outcomes, and clinical history.
  • Provide transparent information on treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings.
  • Deliver detailed patient reports to clients, ensuring their teams are fully equipped for every consultation.
  • Record call outcomes in our software and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.


Success In the Role

6 Months

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding your targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn and improve upon your own performance.
  • Established yourself as a reliable and consistent performer who contributes to client success.
  • Actively providing valuable feedback on lead quality and processes, helping to improve overall campaign performance.


12 Months

  • Recognised as a top performer, taking ownership of some of our largest and most valuable clients.
  • Proven ability to handle complex accounts and ensure smooth, effective lead conversion.
  • Begin contributing to refining workflows and processes, making suggestions that benefit the team and our clients.


18 Months

  • Taking on managerial responsibilities, including onboarding and training new team members.
  • Regularly collaborate with the management team to improve systems, processes, and workflows to drive greater efficiencies and success.
  • Working closely with the development team to provide feedback on our software, helping shape its evolution to enhance lead conversion and performance.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales, outbound calling, or lead conversion role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a persuasive and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Experience or familiarity with the dental sector is advantageous but not essential.


Technical Requirements

  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • A high-quality headset with a clear microphone.
  • A computer capable of efficiently running calling and CRM software.
