As the Community Coordinator at TripleTen, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day community processes and finding ways to improve them. Please note that this is a student-facing position, and you will be expected to participate in hosting events and publish posts in student workspace if necessary. You will report to Community Operations Manager and will be a crucial part of the Learning Community team at TripleTen working with US students.

Your mission will be to bring in solid structure and smooth execution into everything that makes the learning community at TripleTen vibrant and engaging. You will have the drive to continuously improve, optimize and automate processes, as well as test new tools and techniques to make your work more impactful.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about growing communities from the ground up, and is extremely organised to do so consistently. We expect that you are tech-savvy, and have experience with no-code automations and automated workflows, as well as digital participation and engagement tools.

What you will do:

  • Running day-to-day workflows of community management
  • preparing and publishing content according to the content plan for students on all programs, collecting feedback and monitoring student responses, responding to them if necessary, increasing their engagement through additional posts and communication
  • assisting in preparation and execution of community events, briefing and guiding speakers through preparation (deadlines, steps that need to be completed by them before, after and during the events), hosting events or part of events if necessary, facilitating activities within events and moderating communication (including chat moderation), maintaining student event calendars and event announcements
  • assisting in managing asynchronous community activities (for example, peer-to-peer activities, competitions, random coffees, senior student program, etc), briefing and supporting students through their participation
  • monitoring student activity in community workspaces, responding to students in group channels and DMs
  • Improving, optimizing and automating processes
  • researching and testing different tech tools, techniques and automations to decrease workload associated with routine processes of community management, increase reach and engagement of all community content, activities and events
  • collaborating with developers and product managers to explore new solutions for optimising processes and features
  • assisting with execution of experiments and community development projects within the Learning Community team
  • Maintaining internal documentation and data collection for community management
  • collecting quantitative data and qualitative student feedback about all ongoing community activities, assisting in preparation of reports
  • researching and testing tools for improved data collection, collaborating with the analytics team to improve data tracking and dashboard functionality necessary for community development
  • updating editorial and event calendars in internal knowledge bases as well as other types of process documentation (recording libraries, activity descriptions, etc), ensuring their transparency and easy navigation for other teams

Requirements:

  • You have experience in community or event management, particularly relevant if you managed events where you had to respond to questions or coordinate many speakers at the same time
  • You possess a great level of written and spoken English
  • You have a proven track record of reducing the time spent on workflows, increasing time to value or increasing the volume of new work released through automations
  • You are familiar with a wide range of engagement techniques (either for published content or live events) and digital tools to facilitate them
  • You have very strong organisational, task-management and communication skills (including ability to resolve conflicts through verbal communication, to verbally communicate expectations and guidelines clearly)
  • You are attentive to detail, patient and consistent
