Responsibilities: - Handle community engagement and moderation across global (EN) Telegram, Reddit and Discord; - Manage Bybit ambassadors; - Build and execute a strategy to drive community growth and engagement; - Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events; - Support local Bybit communities and ambassador management; - Create community content; - Record complaints / concerns of members and address them promptly; - Collect users' feedback and improvement proposals; - Manage IN, PK, BD, AR and TR communities; - Support our IN marketing team, which involves working with affiliates, influencers, campaign planning and execution).

Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years experience in community management; - Possess crypto trading knowledge, with a strong interest and passionate about crypto; - Knowledge of Telegram, Discord and Reddit tools; - Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once; - Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team; - Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflict; - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; English native speaker is a plus; - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required; - Ability to communicate in public platforms.
