Channel Marketing Jr. Analyst Virtual Assistant
    What does Channel Marketing do?
    We provide dealers with marketing materials, sales tools, and advertising content that will
    enable sales growth through content for advertising and tools that improve sales closes.

    Marketing Skills:
    • Highly Proficient in Excel. Ability to create Pivot Tables and knows basic excel functions.
    • Highly Proficient in PowerPoint. Ability to create presentations and good, clean format.
    • Understanding of sales, year over year calendar concept for preparing sales reports.
    • Strong Communication skills in writing emails in a clear understandable way.
    • Design Skills: Notion of interior design, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus!

    • Takes Initiative: Curious and willing to help! Looking for new projects
    • Accountable for projects: Understands deadlines and impact of responsibilities.
    • Strong Follow up: Makes sure to keep stakeholders informed of projects and follows up with
    contributors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Projects with beginning to end (TOP PRIORITY):
    1. Product Information Management (PIM)Project: Work on Software for over 2,000
    orderable items.
    a) Creating descriptions
    b) Uploading photos
    c) Removing discontinued/obsolete items

    2. Digital Asset Management (DAM) Descriptions: Create Image Description in Keywords on
    the Image Relay
    a) uploading photos
    b) removing obsolete photos add part and item numbers.
    c) keywork descriptions for a robust search functionality

    Ongoing Responsibilities:
    Monthly to weekly recurring
    3. Dealer Resource Center (DRC): Information banner creation for Webinars
    a) Connect with the different teams’ webinars and create banners for them in our
    Dealer resource center page.
    b) Request to remove old banners
    c) Refresh links

    4. Costco Sales Reporting Analysis and Presentations:
    a) Pull Centah sales and escalation reports to create performance charts
    b) Create sales performance presentations for Costco Account Manager’s monthly
    meetings and keep minutes.
    c) Request lead reporting from field marketing vendor, Smart Circle

    Quarterly recurring
    Product Launch Info on DRC: Move Product Launch Information for launches.
    5. Manage Renders for new items with our vendor. Create new Silhouette New Product
    Creation (no design knowledge required; training provided):
    a) 3D Image
    b) Part number
    c) Finish auditing.
    d) Adding to DRC

    6. Product Reference Manual Updates on Adobe Acrobat:
    a) Update part numbers!
    b) Add new products.
    c) Remove obsolete products.

    7. Price Book Updates on Adobe Acrobat:
    a) Update part numbers!
    b) Add new products.
    c) Remove obsolete products.

    8. Event Planning assistant. Help channel manager with event planning:
    a) Sign-up sheet set up.
    b) Manage RSVP log.
    c) Keep track of venue event budget
    d) Communicate with hotel or venue on changes.
    e) Order Marketing Promotional items for attendees.

    Weekly to Daily recurring
    9. Channel marketing email customer service. Manage email request for.
    a) Beauty and product images and advertising content
    b) General ‘where to find’ requests
