What will you do:

  • You are part of a six-person, lively team; a varied and fascinating range of tasks awaits you.
  • You are the first internal contact of customers for orders and additional questions; 
  • You receive orders and process them in the system; on a global scope for both road and sea transport.
  • You will complete orders correctly in a customer-friendly manner; you will provide the customer with information about prices, delivery times, etc; 
  • You follow up on complaints and discuss them with the lab; 
  • You build a lasting customer contact & try to increase sales where possible
  • You work in tandem with several external representatives whom you support from our site in Ypres;
  • You have input in various projects; you take the initiative and think with us about process optimizations. 
  • You have regular team sessions to report obstacles & potential gains to the management
  • You are the main contact person for CS Poland and assist them where necessary
  • You keep up with monthly KPI"s & assist with the closing of the month
  • You keep track of the upselling file & report back to management


What are we looking for:

  • You preferably have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience;
  • You like to work in a team, but you also enjoy the necessary autonomy in your job; 
  • You work administratively, accurately and efficiently;
  • You are communicative and quickly build a relationship of trust;
  • You have commercial flair, you're proactive & not afraid to speak up
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. Additional languages are an asset; 
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
