Senior Partner Alliances Manager, Italy & Spain

Location: Remote, Italy

Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary

This position will be responsible for recruiting, nurturing, and managing the EMEA Partner relations in Italy and Spain. This role will be working closely with the Sales team to help identify and qualify partners to add to the Partner community. The role will ensure successful achievement of go to market activities that produce qualified lead generation for Field Sales through our Partner Networks. This individual will be expected to engage senior leaders at partner companies to facilitate opportunities, manage existing opportunities, and communicate product and company messaging.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

For each Partner, develop, monitor, manage, and achieve partner go to market revenue objectives and enablement goals, and for the sustainable development of OneStream skills and Practice scale within each partner.
Work closely with cross functional teams and engage partners frequently to ensure OneStream product information and messaging are properly conveyed to the partner channel.
Ensure the partners are complying with OneStream Partner policies.
Be the main point of contact for all Partner communication, including conflict resolution.
Ensure the company objectives related to assigned partner regions are achieved and regularly reported to the executive management team.
Deliver presentations at various public and OneStream internal events.

Required Education and Experience

3+ years of experience in Partner, Channel, Alliance, or Vendor management.
Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English a must (verbal and written communication).
University degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Performance Management (CPM).
Deep Sales, Marketing, or Channel experience with a technology solution offering.
Proven success building effective, sustainable working relationships internally and with partners.
An ability to perform analytics to evaluate partner success and in support of the sales team’s pipeline and territory requirements.
- Experience with some of the following technologies:
- SAP (BPC, BFC).
- Oracle/Hyperion (EPM, HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDM).
- IBM (Cognos, TM1).
- Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Host Analytics/Planful, Board International.
- Workday/Adaptive Insights, Workiva, Blackline, Trintech.
