Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee a QA team of 20 engineers, including 6 Tech Leads, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement robust QA strategies tailored for each product.
  • Process Optimization and Documentation: Regularly evaluate and enhance QA processes, creating comprehensive documentation for QA procedures.
  • Hiring and Team Development: Lead the hiring process for new QA team members. Develop and execute training programs for team members and Tech Leads.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Manage all testing activities, ensuring thorough coverage and timely execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to align quality goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and report on QA metrics and progress regularly.
  • Development Plans: Create and implement individual development plans for Tech Leads and team members, fostering professional growth.
