At The DO, we believe in creating impactful transformations which make the world a better place. Based in our Hong Kong office, you will work closely with the CEO of Asia, Program Lead and other DO team members, to support projects and any other parts of The DO if deemed necessary.


About the role

Areas you would support…

Community Space

  • Support and maintain the day-to-day operations of our community space

  • Assist with the execution of our programs and events

  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and partners

  • Assist in developing and implementing our community space experience


Marketing

  • Interested in digital marketing

  • Get trained and support the Head of Marketing with social media and marketing initiatives


Program management

  • Assist with creating and refining slides (powerpoint/google slides), and program design

  • Analyze market trend

  • Provide administrative support for various initiatives

  • Responsible for sourcing program materials



You would develop…

  • Your program management skills

  • Your expertise, network and tools in topics, such as sustainability and employee engagement, smart city, etc…

Your profile

  • Tech savvy - interest in the latest technology and use tools

  • Bachelor in any discipline

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (native)

  • Candidates available from mid-end of August onwards highly preferred

  • Knowledge in MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Interested in tech tools and eager to learn
