The Sr. Manager for Packaging solutions will be responsible for oversees the whole packaging process ensuring our products are properly packaged according to local & international regulations as well as Customer´s need in our Solar Sites; the ideal candidate will be based in our Nashville office reporting to our Sr. Director for Logistics Operations.

Here is the key role of what you will do…

Develops and maintains a sustainable Global Packaging strategy that is aligned with business strategies to deliver standardization, harmonization, quality improvements, value engineering initiatives and support the safety of our products.
Drive continuous improvement in packaging processes, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with industry standards.
Define and manage regional packaging guidelines working with key external and internal stakeholders with a vision of supporting Customer satisfaction.
Coach and mentor the regional packing technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment underpinned with common ways of working with a focus on quality, business partnering and value creation
Establish and maintain a full set of standardized packaging processes, data and specification requirements across all regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with international regulations.
Collaborate with vendors to assess and integrate cutting-edge packing technologies that enhance product quality, reduce costs, and align with sustainability and safety goals.
Engage with and lead cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Procurement, R&D, production, and supply chain, to develop a technical packaging strategy that support overall business objectives and timelines.

Here are some of what you’ll need (required)…

Technical packaging degree BSc/MSc or equivalent.
10 years’ experience working in an industrial packaging environment either on packaging solution providers or packaging departments within manufacturers.
Solid people manager used to work with teams located remote in different time zones.
Able to lead change in challenging times, effectively challenging the standard approaches where appropriate.

Working at a global level supporting our customers and willing to travel globally including regular visits to Suppliers as well as Solar Sites.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
