We are seeking a talented KOL & Affiliates Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs on platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Telegram.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to align with Blum’s brand.
  • Plan and oversee KOL campaigns, ensuring timely execution and tracking results.
  • Represent Blum at industry events to expand the network and build connections.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align KOL initiatives with branding strategies.
  • Monitor crypto trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Handle communication, contracts, and budgets for KOL activities.


    • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a KOL/Influencer Manager or in a similar role in the crypto, web3, or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and familiarity with key crypto influencers and communities
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and influencer marketing platforms
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
