WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A Content Manager’s responsibilities are to produce technical documentation in support of the Product Management and Quality organizations. This includes both customer-facing content such as user guides and release notes, as well as internal content such as work instructions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Producing user guides for new and enhanced product features, to be ready in time for the release date.
• Producing release notes that summarize the new features, as well as a list of fixed defects.
• Producing standard templates such that customer-facing content has a consistent look and feel.
• Producing work instructions and workflows for standard processes associated with product development and support, such as the prioritization process for reporting and fixing defects.
• Writing customer-facing Product Requirements Documents based on internal stories written by product managers.
• Automating, where possible, the production of validation summaries from the testing records stored in AIO and TestRails.
• Assisting the Quality team in the production of content for regulatory compliance, audit responses, and RFI responses, including the routine updates for SOPs.
• Assisting in the planning and production of online training content.

 WHAT DO YOU NEED?

•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, medical or literary fields.
• Experience within the field of clinical research is an advantage. 
• Experience with Jira and Confluence an advantage.

The pay rate is commensurate with experience and is determined on an individual basis after an interview has occurred.
