Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong background in payroll management. The ideal candidate should have over two years of accounting experience and be proficient in handling payroll processes.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll management, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines, and assisting with various accounting tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing payments reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Verify deposit amounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records of registers for different offices.
  • Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation.
  • Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to promptly solve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
  • Review system data to ensure alignment with information provided by the offices.
  • Track refunds, voids, and cancelled transactions accurately.
  • Investigate any discrepancies or irregularities in financial records.
  • Generate daily reports to provide insights into financial activities.
  • Assist with general accounting tasks and reconciliations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This role requires a blend of technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and support the accounts payable team effectively.
