The KK Group is seeking a motivated Marketing Graduate / Executive to support our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across various marketing channels and get involved in the heart of our vibrant events and brand initiatives.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Graduate / Executive, you will assist our marketing team with social media, events, content creation, and much more. You will work closely with all members of our team, including the whole team and gain valuable exposure to social media, SEO, paid ads, partnerships, and creative campaign development. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a mission-driven company at the forefront of the sex-positive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Engagement: Dedicate a minimum of 1 hour per day to engaging with each of our social media channels, including KK Instagram, Wax Instagram, Wax TikTok, and Cruise Instagram. Engagement includes answering messages, interacting with hashtags, posting manually, and engaging with followers' content.
• Comment & Message Interaction: Respond to comments and DMs thoughtfully, fostering meaningful conversations and building relationships.
• Influencer & Promoter Prospecting: Spend additional time daily prospecting for future promoters and collaborators across our channels, building relationships with influencers who align with our brand values.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and build relationships with influencers and collaborators through regular interaction, including comments, shares, and event invitations.
• Content Organization: Log interactions with potential collaborators and influencers in a structured spreadsheet, including details like names, pronouns, usernames, follower counts, and main channels.
• Content Management: Assist with taking text documents and inputting them into Mailchimp for email campaigns, scheduling blogs, and scheduling approved social media posts.
• Community Involvement: Help manage in-app messages and community workshops, contributing to the vibrancy of our community.
• Social Media Assistance: Support our Social Media Manager with scheduling posts, managing content, and maintaining an engaging online presence.
• IRL Events: Attend events to capture footage, help coordinate experiential marketing stunts, and bring an energetic, hustler attitude to everything you do.
• Content Creation: Assist with uploading blog posts, ensuring all content is polished and aligns with our brand standards. Attending video shoots, podcast co-ordination 
• Campaign Support: Work with the team on SEO, paid advertising, partnerships, and design, as well as start creating your own marketing campaigns.
