Great opportunity for a Strategic Account Manager to join a leading technology innovator that helps FMCG companies improve color workflow and print quality in their packaging supply chain.
This dynamic EMEA-wide role will suit an entrepreneurial and consultative new-business hunter (expertise in graphic arts, packaging, or printing etc) who is adept at creating and selling large projects and guiding FMCG Brands through digital color transformation of their packaging supply chain.
The Opportunity
X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company (NYSE: VLTO), develops and provides innovative SaaS solutions software, hardware and comprehensive services, leading the way for renowned Brand Owners and their respective supply chains to adopt digital solutions in a visual world.
Working within a highly skilled specialist global team and based in either UK, Germany, Netherlands, France or Italy, the Strategic Account Manager will manage existing accounts (30% existing accounts focus) & develop new pipeline opportunities with potential customers across EMEA (70% new business focus) to understand requirements, identify opportunities, devise customer-centric solutions, and build bespoke commercial proposals. The four core focus areas of this role are:
Develop Customer Account Strategies: Focus on developing comprehensive customer account strategies and tactical plans to better understand and meet customer requirements.
Partner with Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create relevant content that resonates with your target audience.
Network at Industry Events: Increase your presence at key industry conferences and events to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Consultative Sales Process: Execute each phase of the highly consultative, longer-term sales process to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Ideal Candidate
Seasoned new business hunter with large project technology solution sales (SaaS, implementation services, consulting, hardware etc), ideally to FMCG customers
Industry expertise in Graphics Arts, Printing, or Packaging workflows (color & print quality is advantageous)
Excellent communication (fluent English), teamworking skills, and strong commercial awareness
Highly consultative. Entrepreneurial, and innovation-focused
Self-motivated, analytical, excellent problem solving, planning & organizing skills
Flexible to travel widely across EMEA with up to 50% travel
