The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Surgical Acute Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Maintaining territory sales, driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography
  • Accountable for fiscal growth targets and budgets, with a focus on KPI’s within Salesforce
  • Educate end users on products, positioning Solventum as a solutions provider
  • Work and collaborate with Solventum internal sales and marketing team
  • Manage selling cycles consisting of multiple touch points

Company Vehicle  

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Completion of Post-secondary education (Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing) OR 5 years of sales in a hospital environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 1 years of Sales experience
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience with Surgical Solutions product portfolios
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
  • Strong business acumen with clear understanding of healthcare sales & marketing processes
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)

Work location:  

  • Remote in downtown Toronto sales territory

Travel: May include up to 10% of the time, which may involve overnight stays.
