We are currently seeking a Application Management Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:
This resource will be an integral part of daily development and service work for our programs. Preferred skills include:
• Strong mainframe Cobol development skills.
• Knowledge of batch job scheduling tools and processes (i.e., Control-M, Autoflow).
• Strong knowledge of IMS and DB2 databases.
• Strong knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL).
• Ability to apply Agile and Product Management best practices to assigned work.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and complete complex coding assignments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, business partners, and other stakeholder groups.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
