Job description

Your mission:
  • You will lead a 4-5 person team to centralize company, customer, and market data, enabling process digitalization and business intelligence creation.
  • You will work closely with all departments and senior management to implement tools, streamline processes, and foster data-driven decision-making.
  • You will evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a roadmap for implementing changes.
  • You will moderate discussions with experts and your team to select and integrate the most suitable tools and solutions.
  • Together with your team, you will coordinate the development and implementation of these tools to meet company needs.
  • You will drive change through strong leadership, persistence, and a focus on progress.
Your profile:
  • You have proven experience in project or program management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
  • You bring expertise in optimizing and automating business processes, as well as proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and ProAlpha).
  • You have experience with business intelligence tools, data visualization, and cloud technologies such as data warehouses and APIs.
  • You excel in leadership and team management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You possess change management expertise and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are an asset but not required.
