Product Manager, AutoHero/Retail Consumer Finance (f/m/x)

As a (Senior) Product Manager in the AutoHero consumer finance domain, you will partner with our finance, credit operations, payments, and sales, teams to build an impactful international retail consumer financing and value-added service infrastructure. You will be working both on internal tools and customer-facing features on the AutoHero website.

• Be part  of our AutoHero consumer finance product development  group 
• You will lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, design, feature prioritization, sprint management, rolling out the features, following-up the results, identifying the learnings and the next steps.
• Work closely with remote cross-functional internal teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to launch impactful improvements and new solutions. 
• You will author all-important product documents. Collect stakeholder issues, requirements and ideas, then design elegant solutions, and draft clear written hypotheses to address the objective. 
• Share your ideas, backed by data and research, and effectively explain and persuade different stakeholders about your decisions.

• Proven ability to lead iterative software development teams with creative thinking, independent problem-solving, and effective conflict resolution to drive team motivation and success.
• Skilled in working with diverse stakeholders to prioritize business needs, translate requirements, and deliver fully functional, high-quality features.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests, with the ability to establish robust monitoring and reporting systems for optimization and growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results to inform product strategy.
• Familiarity with SQL or similar database querying languages is a strong advantage, enabling effective data analysis and insights generation.
• Experience in consumer financing, credit risk, financing modeling and underwriting, banking/insurance sectors is a big plus
