As a Support Specialist your role will be:

- Work fulltime, 38.75 hrs/week;

- Rotating shifts Monday-Sunday: 07:00 - 15:15 and 12:45 - 21:00;

- Represent the company, serve as the first point of contact for B2C and B2B customers from Czech speaking environment and assure they get answers to every question and inquiry;

- Provide assistance via inbound phone/live chat/e-mail to customer requests regarding: account settings, log-in, billing and invoices, any questions related to the services provided;

- Friendly and professional interaction with customers based on agreed procedures.
