As a Technical Recruiter in Atlantic Canada, you will be responsible for building relationships and being a critical building block for our team as we look to expand across Canada and service our clients and customers in the appropriate regions. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize creative tactics to source, attract, and proactively network with candidates (consultants and FTEs) with the intent to develop long-term, strategic relationships
  • Interview candidates over the phone and in-person
  • Managing offer negotiations on behalf of your clients and candidates
  • Managing and continuously growing relationships with contractors
  • Lead generation and business development
  • Build relationships and look to be the face of Affinity in Atlantic Canada
  • Promote new ideas and ways to improve company process and performance
  • Work in a fast paced environment on positions that impact the local communities

  • A positive, can-do & driven mindset
  • Experience in the IT staffing/consulting Industry where you've demonstrated consistent, solid results

  • Positive, can-do, driven mindset
  • Experience in a sales-related role
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience (Business/Sales Degree preferred)
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent relationship builder, with the ability to see beyond the next deal (can see the big picture)
  • Negotiation and sales/persuasion skills experience
  • Competitive Background and Self-Driven Individual
  • Experience in a Service Environment
  • Experience working within a collaborative environment
