l A dynamic Hongkong-based recruitment firm is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment processes and help us searching for freelancer recruiter in your local country or familiar areas.The freelancer recruiters will be needed all over the world, who will provide talent searching for our clients.
l This role is Ideal for passionate about connecting people,skill in searching candidates,& keen on supporting recruiting delivery center.
Key Responsibilities
l Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
l Process Management: scheduling interviews, gathering feedback.
Qualifications
l Proven experience in recruitment.
l Strong communication.
l Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards or networks, especially local recruitment channels.
Working Style:
Hardware preparation: Personal computer and stable network
Communication form: Remote video/telephone/lark
Working time: At least 3-4 hours a day searching CV
Salary
25000 - 43000 INR (Per Month)
