Job Description: Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (LATAM Only)
Reports To: CEO
Salary: Competitive, in USD

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Specialist to drive our lead-generation and marketing efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, taking on strategic initiatives and executing hands-on tasks to bring in quality leads and elevate our marketing presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude. You’ll work independently but may coordinate with freelancers as needed.

Key Objectives:

  • Generate high-quality leads to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement creative and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Rebuild and enhance our website using WebFlow or Framer.
  • Revamp landing pages to optimize conversion and engagement.
  • Design and execute direct outreach email campaigns.
  • Develop impactful sales documents and marketing materials.
  • Conduct client research to identify and target potential customers.
  • Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
  • Oversee content creation efforts, coordinating with freelance talent as needed.
  • Support direct sales initiatives with relevant marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest and aptitude in learning various marketing functions.
  • Basic design skills, including the ability to create visually appealing marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • A good eye for design and an eagerness to experiment with new ideas.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in B2B and/or software services marketing.
  • Experience with WebFlow, Framer, or similar web design tools.
  • Background in lead generation, direct outreach, or digital ad management.
