Job Description:

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) UK is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing to lead high-impact digital and traditional marketing initiatives across the UK and South Africa, with a particular focus on Cape Town. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth, ensuring HGS UK strengthens its presence and influence in the BPO and offshoring sectors.


This is an exciting time to join HGS, as we have recently expanded into the South African market, creating new opportunities to grow both our private sector portfolio in South Africa and our public and private sector offerings in the UK. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in positioning HGS UK as a market leader in both regions. With the autonomy to shape and execute marketing strategies, you will have the freedom to drive significant growth and showcase HGS’s value to new markets. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that enhance HGS UK’s brand visibility across all channels, including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing) and event-based marketing. Working closely with the sales function, you will align marketing efforts with business objectives, identifying key opportunities to expand our market share and enhance brand positioning in both the private and public sectors.


This stand-alone position offers autonomy and the chance to shape HGS UK's marketing direction. The successful candidate will bring innovative ideas to drive HGS UK’s digital-first approach, positioning the company as a thought leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BPO and offshoring with a focus on UK and South African markets.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing including SEO/SEM and social media.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a stand-alone role, while also acting as a key partner to the sales team, providing strategic marketing support to drive sales efforts.
