Job Overview:   This role requires the individual to manage support programs of WMS and TMS tools, ensuring the SLAs are adhered. The functional areas will be warehousing and transportation within Supply chain.

 

He/she is responsible for addressing queries/issues raised by client, classify the issues based on priority and functional area, maintain tracker & dashboard for the issues and ensure SLAs are adhered. He/she should have strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. He/she should have experience in managing support programs.



JOB DESCRIPTION

     

  • Manage team of junior support consultants
  • Independently manage the L1 & L2 issues/queries raised by client
  • Classify the issues based on priority and severity
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards
  • Should be able to answer business queries and parallely work with product & tech team for issues resolution/enhancements.






Requirements



Must have: 

·       2-4 years of experience of working in support programs

·       Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment 

·       Aptitude for analysing processes and operational data

·       Strong troubleshooting skills

·       Shift working mandatory. Candidate should be open to work in evening/night shifts as well on rotational basis.

 

Good to have 

·        Prior experience in WMS and TMS tools and issue resolutions

·        Background of Supply chain processes
