IF YOU ARE

  • A professional with 3+ years of experience as a platforms consultant, business analyst, product owner, or product manager in IT
  • Hands-on with digital asset management (DAM) platforms such as Sitecore Content Hub, Adobe Experience Manager, Widen, Bynder, Aprimo, or similar for 2+ years
  • Proficient in digital asset management, with direct experience in DAM system implementation and consulting
  • Knowledgeable in DAM system architecture, metadata management, taxonomy design, and workflow automation
  • Skilled in leading and delivering presentations, workshops, training, and brainstorming sessions with prospects, customers, and internal teams
  • Understanding the software development lifecycle and the lifecycle of packaged solutions implementation
  • Experienced in facilitating the scrum process, ensuring team adherence to agile principles, and driving continuous improvement
  • Agile and prepared to guide client stakeholders, offering and suggesting solutions
  • Fluent in English, needed for business purposes
  • Experienced with other CMS/DXP platforms (considered a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Leverage your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and industry expertise to support the full lifecycle of DAM projects—from assessment to deployment and ongoing maintenance
  • Design and implement solutions based on Sitecore’s products (XM/XP, Commerce, OrderCloud, Content Hub, XM Cloud)
  • Drive digital transformation, customer experience strategies, roadmap, and planning, as well as workshop engagements to ensure they achieve business goals and set objectives
  • Guide Sitecore projects, supporting both business and in-house developers to maximize Sitecore's benefits to the client
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot new and existing experiences for our Sitecore customers
  • Leverage analytics and optimization techniques to extract insights and make recommendations for improvement to the client’s digital experience and marketing teams
  • Develop and execute personalization and optimization strategies that align with business objectives and goals, collaborating with business and technology teams
  • Lead demos, training, and enablement sessions with business stakeholders and users of the new solution
