Job description

Accounting & Finance Recruiter

 

PrincePerelson is searching for an experienced full desk Recruiter to work with one of the fastest growing divisions of the company – Accounting & Finance. As a valued team member of PrincePerelson, you will play a crucial role in the full lifecycle recruiting experience by working directly with clients and candidates, building valuable, consultative partnerships to align objectives and deliver the best contract and direct-hire placement solutions possible.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Client Development: Build and grow a client base by marketing recruiting services and establishing partnerships with senior leaders, HR, and C-level executives.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop multi-channel strategies to identify top candidates, maintain talent pools, and leverage job boards, networking, and internal databases.

  • Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and candidates, both new and existing, to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.

  • Business Opportunities & Market Insights: Generate leads, gather market intelligence, and provide team members with insights into candidate profiles and industry trends.

  • Project & Process Management: Oversee recruitment timelines, conduct intake meetings, negotiate service agreements, and support onboarding and evaluation activities.

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience

  • 3+ years of client experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • 3+ years of new business development experience.

  • Proven experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred but not necessary

  • Ability to work full-time from our office in SLC, Utah
