About the Team/Role:

The Account Services Manager is responsible for planning and managing enterprise-level support and service activities for the company's products and services for a specific client or group of clients. This role ensures high-quality service and operational performance in line with program and delivery standards. The manager builds strong client relationships, gains a deep understanding of client business operations and product installations, and identifies service needs. They plan and oversee service delivery while promoting proactive support strategies to minimize client downtime and reduce support costs. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, they coordinate the resolution of service issues and escalate technical problems as needed. Additionally, the manager works closely with sales and support teams to showcase the value of the support services and identify opportunities to expand the business.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Maintain and support assigned client portfolio and relationships.

  • Monitor client portfolio factoring activity and proactively identify risk opportunities and take appropriate action to findings.

  • Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and supporting client portfolio.

  • Resolve client/partner inquiries in a timely manner while delivering quality customer service with each interaction.

  • Utilize CRM tool to document all client activity.

  • Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and invoices.

  • Troubleshoot and assist client with online servicing applications

  • Promote programs and products available.

  • Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. 

  • Proactively take on special projects. 

  • Provide a monthly/quarterly review of clients with leadership.

  • Maintain adherence and conformance to scheduling needs and expectations.

Experience You'll Bring:

  • Ability to navigate multiple technologies (Excel, Google, Word, Factoring software type programs).

  • Prior Client/Customer Service exposure

  • Understanding billing, payment processing, and invoicing

  • Time management and organizational skills

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
