Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: 
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: 
up to 1700 USD

Work Schedule: 
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Client Overview:

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of the team. This role involves data verification, entry, validation, reporting, and maintaining accountability on tasks. The assistant will use internal tools and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Help with data verification for teachers, schools, and districts.
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting across internal systems.
  • Maintain and manage a list of Asana tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy in order data and contract data for customers.


Communication:

  • Promptly communicate by email and during Zoom meetings.
  • Facilitate clear communication with team members and management.
  • Help review order data for correctness.


General Administrative Tasks:

  • Use internal tools such as Google Apps, Notion, Slack, Asana, and custom tools.
  • Assist with administrative or other miscellaneous tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with software tools like Google Apps, Notion, Slack, and Asana, or the ability to quickly learn them.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail in reports, data, and tasks.
  • Clear communication skills and follow-through.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Tech-savvy (preferred).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Tech-savviness.
