Position:  Retail Marketing Operations
Location: Sydney, Australia

We are looking for an experienced Retail Marketing Operations to join our team and work with some of the fanciest logos in the world – helping manage and deliver marketing programs with Retail Partners.  You must be in Sydney, Australia, are authorized to work, and be willing to work in a hybrid environment.

With a strong hardware product presence we work closely with a range of Telco and Retailers to drive demand and conversion of these products instore and online. Given the number of partners, products and seasonal moments we support, we require operations support to help manage the development of retail and training assets, coordinate approval of partner led creative, and lead the localisation of key product toolkits. 

Responsibilities

Manage in-store assets end-to-end: 

  • Support in store execution roll out for our products with retailers and carriers, inclusive of but not limited to fixture and device security prototyping and development, execution and partner management throughout the process. 

Localisation of digital, in-store and training assets: 

  • Own the localisation process of product training, creative assets and digital assets. This includes the approval of these assets with the relevant client marketing / sales / sales operations and legal contacts. Assets to own include: 
    • Digital toolkit assets 
    • Product marketing and copy guides 
    • Product marketing creative assets 
    • Retail Training guides and creative assets 
  • Consolidate requests for additional training or creative assets to share back with the client and their regional team. 
  • Manage any launch plan of record changes very closely with the client team to ensure AU locally developed assets and any partner-led assets are compliant from both a product and legal perspective. 

Channel Marketing: 

  • Manage development of retail creative assets - including briefing our local AU design agency, managing timelines, legal approvals and agency workload. 
  • Provides creative support and reviews of partner generated creative assets. 
  • Manage implementation of channel marketing plans to ensure retailers execute on plans in a timely manner. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in consumer marketing, retail marketing, creative agency, and/or product marketing field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong Project Management & Program Management experience with a strong detail to attention.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables at pace.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital creative localisation (copy, assets, campaigns).
  • Experienced in working with retail in-store creative asset development and execution.
  • Experienced in collaborating with teams that are geographically dispersed.
  • Proven experience managing a large number of diverse stakeholders.
