Join our team at Ascension Talent Acquisition as an AVP Talent Acquisition. Lead daily operations and strategies for the Talent Acquisition function, providing guidance and support to drive the talent acquisition process and strategy. Your expertise will shape our organization's evolving needs.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drives standardization, accountability and consistency across the organization on talent acquisition processes
  • Seeks opportunities to leverage technology to automate and streamline the process to improve speed, experience and quality metrics
  • Partners closely with leadership to clearly define roles and responsibilities across the entire talent acquisition function (recruiting, sourcing, marketing, etc.)
  • Closely partners with key stakeholders to proactively understand business needs to create proactive opportunities to align resources to support achievement of short and long term objectives
  • Works closely with Talent Attraction Leadership to reinforce model, structure and educational opportunities within the team and the overall organization
  • Champions change initiatives that improve the talent acquisition program through constant review and challenging of process, technology and practices
  • Leverages data to develop strategies at the national, market and hospital level to improve experience and reduce time to hire

Must demonstrate ability to create content and solutions that can be executed at scale, demonstrate/articulate ROI.

Requirements

Education:

  • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
