Job description

GoTeam is currently in search of a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating with team members to understand data requirements, developing Knime workflows, and conducting data analysis. Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with team members to understand data requirements and translating them into Knime workflows and analysis.
  • Developing, testing, and maintaining Knime workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Conducting exploratory data analysis and creating visualizations to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Supporting the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Assisting in data cleaning, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Performing ad hoc analysis as requested by different departments and stakeholders.
  • Documenting Knime workflows and data processes for future reference and compliance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Knime, including workflow development, data manipulation, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis concepts, data cleaning, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce SOQL language.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other data analytics platforms or programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience in a business environment, especially working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and best practices in data handling.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear insights.
