Business Analytics is a cutting-edge capability that is developing quickly at P&G Eastern Europe. This role allows you to be part of crafting the future of sophisticated analytics at a leading FMCG company. From Day 1, with support from your manager, you will run your own projects that may include business performance analysis, revenue growth management modelling, data-enabled consumer analytics and many more. We will provide you with the opportunity to connect with and learn from colleagues in various departments. The role will give you a great understanding of P&G's corporate culture, while developing your skills to be a future business leader.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and improve analytical program or tool and present the progress and results of your business unit/category/region to leaders.

• Analyze the variable, granular data of business to deliver business value in respective domain.

• Understand the needs for your analytical tool, so you can anticipate the business process and provide accurate analysis to help you deliver insights that are relevant to your domain.

• Demonstrate use of data visualization (Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME).

• Collaborate with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to enable adoption of analytical tool and data-driven insights.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary 100 000 gross

• Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (Russia)

• 4+ year students and graduates with any higher education degree (up to 2 years after graduation)

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Informatics, Data Science, Business Management or similar areas would be considered an advantage

• Previous experience with some of the following tools would be considered an advantage: scientific or statistical computing (Python, R), SQL and Big Data ecosystem (Hadoop, Azure), business intelligence tools (KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire);

• Great leadership, ability to work

• Excellent interpersonal skills and can-do attitude

• Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
