Responsibilities

Ensure timely recruitment of top tier technical and business talent to satisfy the hiring needs of our rapidly growing businesses in Malaysia
Collaborate with an international team of recruiters in the region, fostering global insights and best practices
Follow the operational processes for a seamless, customer-centric recruitment experience, and deliver a consistent, scalable recruitment experience
Enjoy cooperation with sourcing, marketing, and operations teams in Talent Acquisition across the region
Provide an exceptional candidate and referee experience, champion feedback surveys and various HR initiatives

Requirements

Full cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or recruiting agency with focus on technical roles in Automotive, Oil & Gas, Data, Finance & Insurance
Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, ability to discover, attract and engage tech talent, while managing multiple search streams
Ability to build relations with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, including strong bilingual ability paired with ability to communicate with influence, both through written and verbal communication
