As Senior Business Analysts and a Product Owner at Insurance Industry projects, we expect you to be as passionate as we are about delivering end-to-end solutions that address business problems, strengthen IT infrastructure, and enrich the user experience.

IF YOU ARE

  • A seasoned business analytic or product owner with 5+ years in IT, skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping
  • Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar for requirements and process modeling
  • Experienced in the Insurance industry (P&C and Life Insurance), including policy life cycles, underwriting, claims processing, quote creation, insurance product design, and regulatory frameworks
  • Skilled in writing detailed Business and Functional Requirements Documents (BRDs and FRDs), and user stories
  • Familiar with insurance management systems, policy administration platforms, and claims processing systems
  • Experienced in digital transformation, automation, and integration of modern technologies in insurance, with knowledge of current InsurTech solutions
  • Used to working closely with IT teams for solution integration and customization
  • Knowledgeable in insurance regulations and compliance standards, including GDPR, AML, KYC, and related frameworks
  • Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging business and technical stakeholders internally and externally
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops, discussions, and presentations with senior leadership and project teams
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Capable of managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure project alignment
  • Holding or working towards professional certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Business Analyst, or Lean Six Sigma
  • Familiar with insurance SaaS solutions like Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP for Insurance
  • Possessing strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Good at multitasking and managing competing priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in requirements documentation
  • Proactive in ensuring customer success and committed to professional growth


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work with client’s requirements to understand the client’s business objectives and translate them to the development team
  • Map customer journeys using best methodologies and practices, analyzing the existing journey to identify friction points in policy issuance, claims, and customer service processes, then work on solutions to enhance the experience
  • Optimize business processes by redesigning workflows to reduce manual interventions and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and document functional specifications, workflows, and integration points between insurance systems
  • Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, align objectives, and validate solutions at various stages of development
  • Support integration of new solutions with existing systems and facilitate migration of historical customer data (policy, claims, etc.) to ensure data continuity and accuracy
  • Ensure solutions adhere to industry regulations such as GDPR, IFRS 17, Solvency II, or other region-specific insurance regulations
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that new systems function as required, gather feedback from end-users, and verify proper implementation of workflows
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users (e.g., claims agents, underwriters, customer service reps) on the new system, managing change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure solutions work as expected, delivering continuous improvement based on feedback and new requirements
  • Design and implement data analytics tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance, claims data, customer behavior, and other critical metrics
  • Implement CRM and self-service platforms that enable customers to manage policies, file claims, and engage with customer service through digital channels
