Technical Degree (2 year minimum) or equivalent work experience, Prior work experience interfacing with customers preferred, Valid driver's license required, Credit card in good standing for travel expenses.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide guidance and support to field and PM technicians
- Perform on-site product support including troubleshooting and PMs
- Assist customers with equipment applications and escalate issues as needed
- Manage software distribution and updates, conducting monthly reporting
- Lead special projects and maintain customer service activity records
