How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:
The Business Systems Analyst, SAP IBP is responsible for SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions/architecture, analyzing business process opportunities and recommending leading practices/best in class solutions for S&OP processes. Works directly with business system users to resolve issues and optimize utilization of the system. Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of IBP system-based business process enhancements. Provides guidance/support on testing and training of functional system solutions to relevant stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Solutions Management: Identifies, understands and presents system-based solutions to meet business partner needs. Designs and configures technical solutions for systemic S&OP processes. Works collaboratively with other groups within IS to implement solutions. Tests and documents solutions in accordance with Information Systems Standard Operating Procedures.
- Technical Support: Supports technical solutions in system, including integrations via CI-DS. Provides guidance to business users on technical set up and process for S&OP cycles.
- Customer Service/Incident Response: Troubleshoots and resolves system issues within the business community. Engages internal resource groups as needed to accomplish. Addresses emergency and/or urgent issues timely.
- Project Management: Defines, documents and manages project scopes, goals, priorities, deliverables and timelines that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of SAP IBP experience
- Three (3) years of related S&OP experience
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain/ Operations Management, or a related field.
- SAP certified: SAP IBM certification

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite.
- Data Integrations: Experience integrating IBP to SAP and other systems using tools like CI-DS.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls.

Salary: $100,310- $167,183 annually
*The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $100,310 annually (entry- level qualifications) to $167,183 annually (experienced in this role). *

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
