We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about leading a zero to one product effort and pushing the current boundaries of Generative AI to redefine how consumers interact with brands online? As Product Management Director, you will drive the product roadmap for the Experience Cloud’s newest AI initiative. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside dedicated Engineering and Design partners, through iterative development cycles and early engagement with prospective customers, to productize an internal incubation effort and set a new standard for customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Set the product vision and the path to achieving it. Refine the current thesis by gathering market feedback, investigating technical feasibility, and prioritizing the roadmap accordingly
  • Define product requirements and engage with Engineering to plan and refine feature development
  • Partner with Design in the development of the user experience - both for customer users and end consumers - while rapidly iterating based on external feedback
  • Engage closely with enterprise clients to deeply understand their needs and to capture feedback throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Work with product teams across Adobe to incorporate existing technologies into the product, as well as to identify product surfaces where it will integrate
  • Represent the product in forums with customers, partners, executives, and industry experts; deliver updates on product roadmap and initiatives

What You Need to Succeed
  • Leadership experience developing net new offerings that solve real customer needs
  • Deep customer empathy and a passion for design, with a track record of driving great user experiences in both enterprise and consumer software products
  • Demonstrated record of partnering closely with Engineering to efficiently deliver products that address customer needs
  • Understanding of the market landscape for Generative AI, including business and technology innovations
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong critical thinking combined with an outcome-focused, practical mind set
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas
  • 10+ years of experience in product management in dynamic, competitive environments

When you join Adobe, you can look forward to collaborating with the most genuine people in the industry, working on projects with real purpose, and having immense pride in the products we create and the customers we support.
