Our team helps organisations implement and sustain enterprise risk management programmes. As part of the team, you’ll help to improve our clients performance and add value by facilitating the proactive governance and management of risk, helping clients identify, assess, and manage known and emerging risks within defined appetite levels and tolerances.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Preferred Fields of Study:Accounting,Finance,Risk Management
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Financial Services products and services (e.g., Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Insurance, FinTech)
Experience with Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) to identify and evaluate key risks, control effectiveness, potential gaps, and gaps remediation;
Experience in implementing, assessing, and designing risk management policies, procedures, standards, playbooks, etc. to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ongoing client changing needs.
Extensive knowledge and experience in conducting IT risk assessments, including identifying IT-related risks, evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, and recommending improvements to mitigate risks.
Proficiency in IT controls assessment, including evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls, identifying control deficiencies, and recommending remediation actions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed risk management decisions.
Strong knowledge and experience in payment processing, including familiarity with payment methods, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in payment systems and technologies, such as POS systems, mobile payments, e-commerce platforms, and online payment gateways
Proven experience in conducting payment risk assessments, including identifying and evaluating risks associated with payment processing, fraud prevention, data security, and transactional risk
Prior leadership position (e.g., banking, military, regulatory) including leading large programs or teams of individuals. Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of risk and compliance programs, including:
Designing sustainable risk management and compliance programs, including governance and oversight, standards and processes, tools and technology, metrics and reporting; and,
Leading large or multiple teams and creating an atmosphere of trust;
- Generating a vision and establishing direction for the team, encouraging a diversity of opinions;
- Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;
- Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner;
- Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
- Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues; and,
- Considering cross-cultural differences and fostering a global mindset for the team.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
