About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Brand Marketing Manager (Digital) to join our team in a remote role based in Canada. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned brand marketer with a strong focus on digital and social channels.

Reporting to Director, Brand and Creative, you’re going to be a part of a team that shares KOHO’s mission of empowering a generation of Canadians to make financial progress with the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Align social media strategies with overarching marketing objectives
  • Craft strategies to manage and enhance our online reputation on key platforms, such as Reddit
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact, on-brand assets
  • Work with customer service to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively
  • Develop our platform strategy for our social channels
  • Partner with the product marketing team to elevate online visibility for product launches
  • Brief and collaborate with influencers to create impactful and authentic content
  • Work with external agencies to design and execute digital and social campaign components
Who You Are
  • Developed social media strategies from the ground up
  • Passionate about understanding and adapting to the evolving landscape of social and digital channels
  • Experience collaborating with influencers to create authentic content
  • Data-driven and proficient with analytics platforms
  • Experience briefing creative teams to achieve optimal results
  • Excel in crafting high-impact content for social and digital platforms
  • Hands-on experience working with TikTok, Reddit, and Meta
  • Proven track record of building communities and content, both in agency and in-house settings
  • Thrive in dynamic environments where each day presents new challenges

  • Experience in the financial services sector
  • Established relationships with Canadian influencers
  • Present a portfolio showcasing exceptional work

Target Base Salary Range
$82,000$118,000 CAD
