Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying top talent in global markets.


Requirements:

2+ years of IT recruitment experience. Infrastructure Tech recruiting is ideal.

Strong understanding of global talent acquisition processes.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in recruiting for tech roles is preferred.

Wanting to grow in the positions and develop their skills.
