Our Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring our hiring processes are smooth, efficient, and seamless for our clients and candidates.


The Recruitment Coordinator will support our recruitment team in delivering an exceptional hiring experience for both our clients and candidates. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. The Recruitment Coordinator will be an integral part of our team, helping to streamline the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and executive-level roles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, managing calendars and prioritizing appointments for efficiency.
  • Communication: Manage correspondence with candidates and clients, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Candidate Management: Provide support by arranging candidate calls or follow-up communications when required by the recruiter, contributing to a positive experience for candidates and clients.
  • Job Posting: Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Applicant Tracking: Assist in maintaining accurate records within our ATS as needed, helping to ensure candidate statuses and communication are up to date.
  • Data Management: Prepare reports and track recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications:

 

  • Communication&Language Skills: Excellent communication skills, with B2+ proficiency in both verbal and written English. Native or fluent proficiency in both Russian and Ukrainian is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a recruitment or HR support role, preferably within the iGaming, gambling, or tech sectors.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS systems (BambooHR preferably), recruitment tools.
  • Team-Oriented: Able to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring teams to achieve company goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to pivot quickly to meet client needs.
