Job description

We are looking for a customer service professional with 4-8 years of experience in Automobile Bodyshop and repair industry based at Kolkata/Guwahati or Patna.
Responsible for product support to our clients in Eastern Region (Bihar, West Bengal, Asam, North East region)- India.
A training facilitator to create, organize and deliver training to the dealership officials, body shop advisors & managers on the software solutions provided. This job requires regular travel to the dealerships in the initial phase, later the frequency would decrease. The person would be responsible for:

1. Visiting to dealerships and providing physical or virtual trainings of our product. Keeping track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions.
2. Developing regular reports to evidence training and improvement in training.
3. Maintaining records of attendance, feedback and materials. 
4. Creating materials for the training sessions. Measures training effectiveness based on usage validation and feedback.
5. Providing continuous support, Training facilitators must provide support for learners before, during, and after the training session.
6. Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the workshop topics.
7. Flexible & open to travel at multiple locations on day-to-day basis.
8. Regional Language understanding. Multi-lingual would be an added advantage.
9. Open & flexible in adopting new software technologies & learning’s, thereby skilled to impart the same across the region.
10. Automobile background or experience of working in a body shop, would be an added advantage.
