Job description

This is a remote position.

Job highlights:
  • Working hours: 40 hours / week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Boca Raton, FL time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective property sellers and buyers from provided lead lists.
  • Identify potential sellers and buyers interested in real estate wholesaling opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather the necessary information to pass on to acquisition specialists.
Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule appointments for acquisition specialists with qualified leads.
  • Ensure all appointments are accurately recorded in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
  • Provide information about the company’s services and value propositions.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide solutions to encourage potential clients to move forward with an appointment.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with leads.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, leads generated, and appointments set.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Experience with Real Estate is a bonus.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a cold caller or appointment setter in the real estate industry, preferably in wholesaling.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads and appointments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
