Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Business Systems Analyst, located in, Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Manager IT the Business Systems Analyst role, will involve be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage and support IT applications and proposal new tools for such purposes.
  • Physical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services.
  • Development of onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
  • Build out communications templates.
  • Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
  • Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.
  • Educate and provide ongoing support whether it by email, phone, live chat or in-person.
  • Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
  • Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.
  • Become a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users.
  • Develop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> nurturing growth -> retention

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced english
  • Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Previous experience in similar positions.
  • SQL experience (preferred)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting 
  • Experience participating with Global IT projects.
