About the Role
The Human Resource Analyst will run the daily functions of the People Services department with a primary focus on HRIS analysis, data reporting, and supporting Total Rewards programs including compensation, sales compensation programs, and equity management. In addition, supporting new hire orientation, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies and practices.

People Services supports the entire employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, policy and procedure development, employee relations, benefits management, HR technology, performance management, engagement, HR metrics and more. Responsibilities: Manage HRIS systems and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.Support Total Rewards programs including compensation structures, sales compensation plans, and equity management initiatives.Uphold the core values and policies & procedures of the organization.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
